Product Cancellation, Exchange and Return Policy

Article 1. Custom-Made Products

Personally designed bags, accessories and custom-made clothing products, as well as models with personalization processes such as personalized embroidery and printing, cannot be returned or exchanged. This situation is explained in the detailed information tab of the product.

Article 2. Tested Products

If the products are deformed during testing or wearing for a short time, if perfume or similar odors penetrate the product during the trial, and/or if the labels and washing instructions are cut or torn off, the exchange and return of the product will not be accepted.

Article 3. Return Period

Return requests are not accepted for products whose legal return period has exceeded 14 days.

Except for personally designed products, the exchange and return period for the products you purchase is 14 days from the moment you receive the product, in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502.

Article 4. Invoice and Delivery Note

Returned products that are outside the scope of Articles 1, 2 and 3 can be placed in their original packaging and box, together with the delivery note or invoice, to ensure that the product is shipped in a way that will not be damaged during shipping.

Article 5. Packaging

It is important to ensure that the product you want to return or exchange is packaged properly and protected in its original box, in a way that will not damage the product.

Article 6. Transport Status

We would like to inform you that we will not accept shipments that are not sent in their original packaging, that are damaged during transportation, or that are sent without an invoice or delivery note.

Article 7. Responsibility

If the products sent by you for return or exchange are damaged, lost and/or do not comply with the above-mentioned conditions during transportation, our company does not accept responsibility for the damage, cost and operation of the process, and product returns and exchanges are not accepted by us. We reserve the right to claim any damages and shipping costs arising from this.

Article 8. Exchange and Return Process

After the products sent by you for return or exchange arrive at our return warehouse, they are examined by our quality control unit. If the products requested to be exchanged are suitable for exchange, they will be exchanged within 7 days.

Article 9. Refund Product Price

The cost of the products deemed suitable for return will be refunded to your bank account or credit card within 14 business days, by deducting the shipping service fees and 25 Turkish Lira service and packaging fee.

If you have not paid a shipping fee at the time of purchase, the shipping service fee is calculated based on the total of the shipping and refunded shipping costs. If you paid shipping costs at the time of purchase, only the return shipping cost will be reflected in your account.

Shipping charges may vary depending on shipping costs, weight, distance, etc. may vary depending on the reasons. If you choose our contracted "Yurtiçi Cargo" for your returns, you will pay the shipping fee based on our company's contracted price. Pricing is calculated by taking the total of shipping and return shipping costs collected by Yurtiçi Kargo.

Article 10. Which Cargo Will I Send My Return With?

You can create your return shipping code from our Whatsapp Customer Services at 0.543.118 72 22. You can deliver your shipment to Yurtiçi Kargo in accordance with our return policy, along with the return code that our customer services will send you.
