How can I place an order?

After filling out the membership form:

• Add the product or products you like to your shopping cart.

• After selecting the products you want, you will come to the "Cart Screen".

• On this screen, you can see the addition, subtraction, quantity information and total amount information you want. You can click the "Buy" button to complete your order.

• After filling in the delivery and billing address information, enter your credit card/debit card, money transfer or payment on delivery information correctly on the payment screen.

• After entering the payment information, confirm the "Preliminary Information Form", "Long Distance Sales Agreement" fields, click the "Complete Order" button and proceed to the order confirmation screen.

• On the new page that opens, you will be given an order number by the system.

After logging in, you can easily access information about your order from the "My Account/My Orders" tab, which you will see in the upper right corner of our home page.

 

Can I make changes to my order?

Once you complete your order, no changes can be made to it. If you wish, you can request cancellation and re-order within 10 minutes after placing an order.

 

Can I add products to the order I created?

www.rafeoriginals.com’ dan verdiğiniz siparişler bize online olarak ulaşır ve ödeme işlemleriniz de sipariş oluşturma aşamasında otomatik olarak yapılır. Ödeme koşullarında değişiklik yapılamadığından, siparişinize sonradan ürün eklemeniz mümkün değildir. Ama mevcut siparişinizi iptal ederek yeni bir sipariş oluşturabilir ya da almak istediğiniz diğer ürünü ayrıca sipariş edebilirsiniz.

 

Can I combine my orders?

www.rafeoriginals.com adresinde vermiş olduğunuz her sipariş ayrı ayrı değerlendirmeye alınır. Sipariş birleştirme işlemi gerçekleştirilemez.

Is it possible to send my order early?

Can I have my order gift wrapped? Can I print a gift note?

www.rafeoriginals.com üzerinden verilen siparişlerde hediye paketi ve notu uygulaması bulunmamaktadır.

 

When I add a product to the cart, is the product reserved for me?

www.rafeoriginals.com sitesinde yapılan alışverişlerde sepete atılan hiçbir ürün rezerve edilmez. Sepete alınan her ürün satın alma işlemi tamamlanmadığı takdirde başkası tarafından alınabilir.

 

Can I shop via cash on delivery / money transfer method?

You can make purchases via cash on delivery / Money Order or EFT method. You can make your payment by money order or EFT by making your payment to Yapı Kredi Bank account with IBAN number Erva Aydoğu TR82 0006 7010 0000 0058 9767 56.  

 

My order has not been placed but the payment has been received, what should I do?

After your order is confirmed, the system will notify you with an order number. If this number is not notified to you by the system, check whether you have an existing order from the "My Account" / "My Orders" tab on our home page. If you cannot access your order, we recommend that you check whether your credit card has been charged; Because sometimes the system may not be able to place your order due to short-term connection problems with banks. In such a case, please inform us via e-mail or by calling our customer service phone number 05345242006. Your transactions will be checked by our finance department and the payment will be refunded to your credit card.

 

The product(s) in my order arrived missing/wrong. What should I do?

You must open the package of the product you ordered in the presence of the cargo officer. If you take the package inside and open it, you cannot prove there is any deficiency/mistake. If the products you ordered are not the same as those written on your invoice and in the package, do not sign the delivery report. Ask the cargo officer to prepare a "DAMAGE REPORT" and return the cargo back to us. The cargo company brings your cargo back to our company with this report. When your cargo reaches us, the necessary checks will be carried out and an exchange or refund will be made according to your request.

 

My invoice was not delivered with my order, what should I do?

Each order is shipped with its invoice. Your official invoice will be delivered to you in a transparent plastic pocket bag, outside the parcel/bag containing your order. If, for any reason, your invoice did not come with your order, please submit your invoice request to the cargo officer again. Prepare a report for your invoices that were not delivered to you despite your request and inform us about this. Thus, we can send the original or a copy of your invoice stamped "as original" to your address as soon as possible.

 

How can I cancel my order?

After the order completion phase, the order cancellation process is 10 minutes. During this period, you can cancel your order and get your payment back. After 10 minutes, your order will be transferred to the invoice stage by our warehouse and the shipping process will start, your cancellation requests will be evaluated according to the return process stage.
