How can I make an Exchange, Cancellation or Return?

2. Tested Products
After receiving your product, any situations that may occur during the trial period such as perfume odor, staining, deformation or loss of label may affect your right to return. We want to deliver a brand new product to each of our customers; therefore, it is of great importance that the parts to be returned maintain their original condition.
3.Return Period
If you change your mind, no problem. You can apply for a refund within 14 days after receiving your order. Timely applications are important for the smooth progress of the process.
4.Packaging
When returning your product, please pack it undamaged with its original box, labels and accessories. This is necessary both to provide you with prompt service and to ensure the product is suitable for resale.
5.Return Shipping
To start your return process, simply contact our WhatsApp Customer Satisfaction Team. A special return code will be created for you and you can easily send the product back to us via Yurtiçi Kargo.
When will my refund request be transferred to my account?

2.Amount to be Refunded
When your return request is approved, the remaining amount will be refunded to you within 14 business days at the latest, minus the shipping fee and a 50₺ service fee. The payment will be securely transferred to the bank account or credit card you used during the order.
When your refund is completed, you will be kindly notified via email. Since bank processing times may vary, it may take a few days for the amount to be reflected in your account. You can easily follow up on this process from your bank.
