Cargo and Delivery

Delivery:

Your orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery times for the products are shared on the product detail pages.

Delivery times may vary for our specially produced Pre-Order products.

When your order is shipped, you will be sent an informative e-mail from rafeoriginals.com and an informative SMS from the relevant cargo company so that you can follow the status of your cargo. In this information, the relevant cargo company and tracking number are shared with you.

One-way shipping fee is determined as 130₺ for purchases under 1500₺.

After your order is shipped, you can access the shipping stages of your order by accessing the contracted shipping panel via the e-mail sent to you.

In case of an address change request, you can change your address under the My Account menu until the products start to be prepared.

After the products start to be prepared, you can submit your address change request by contacting our Customer Services team. After your address change request is forwarded to the relevant cargo company, the process will depend on the operation of the cargo company.

The cargo company leaves a note informing you that you can pick up your package from your branch if you cannot find it at your address.

If you do not receive your package from the specified branch within 3 days, your order will be returned to our company.

As soon as you receive your order, it is recommended that you check the suitability of your order with the delivery person before the cargo officer leaves you.

If there is damage to the cargo package or product, if the package quantity is incorrect, if the product invoice is not included on the cargo package:

After signing the cargo delivery slip, have the cargo officer prepare a "Due Determination Report".

Deliver the product/box to the courier along with this report and invoice and send it back to our RAFE ORIGINALS Istanbul address.

If the package is opened without the knowledge of the authorized service, the product will be excluded from the scope of return. In this case, you may have to pay shipping costs.

When your order is delivered to cargo, “Rafeoriginals.com | You will receive an information e-mail titled "Your order has been shipped" and an informational SMS from the cargo company.

After receiving this SMS and information message, you can track your cargo in 2 ways:

From the "Cargo Tracking" link included in the information message and the SMS sent to you by the contracted cargo company.

How much is your shipping fee?

For orders under 1500₺ placed through our site, the shipping fee is 130₺. This amount is reflected on your invoice at the time of ordering. Shipping costs of returned products are calculated by adding shipping and return shipping costs.

When will my order be shipped?

Once your order is entered as "PENDING" in the system, it will be delivered to the cargo within 1 business day at the earliest and 7 business days at the latest. Excludes Sundays and public holidays. This period may vary for products that are available for pre-order or special production and design.

Which cargo company will my order be sent with?

We send your orders to you via YURTİÇİ KARGO. Considering the density of cargo companies, shipping can also be provided by different cargo companies.

At what time will my order be delivered?

Your order is sent by Yurtiçi Kargo to the delivery address you specified during working hours between 09:00-18:00.

Can I send the order to a different address and the invoice to a different address?

The orders you place on our site are sent with their invoice. No cargo is issued without an invoice.

Will I have to pay a fee for the return shipping?

If you choose "Yurtiçi Cargo", which we have a contract with, you will be charged the shipping fee based on our company's contracted price. This fee may vary depending on the cargo size or weight. Pricing is calculated by taking the total of shipping and return shipping costs collected by Yurtiçi Kargo and the service fee of 25 Turkish Liras.

How can I change the delivery address of my order?

You can change your order address in the "My Addresses" section on the "My Account" page or define your new address by checking the "Add New Address" button during the purchase process. This address will appear as the delivery address in your next order from then on. You can add the delivery address for the relevant order during the ordering process. However, this change is not reflected on the My Account page and only affects the relevant order.

What happens if the cargo cannot find me at the delivery address?

The cargo company delivers your order to the address you specified. It leaves a note that you can pick up your package from the nearest branch if you are not at your address. If you do not collect your package from your branch within three days, your order will be returned to the www.rafeoriginals.com warehouse.

Why do you send the invoice on the package?

It is legally obligatory to send the invoice for your order and write your name and surname on the package.
